Analytical reference to the report on the work on internal control over the quality of services provided by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 3rd quarter of 2023
High–quality provision of public services is an important and strategic task of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee), since the level of quality of public services is one of the indicators of the economic and social development of the country.
As of the reporting date, 42 types of public services were included in the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 № 39-NK.
For the 3rd quarter of 2023, the Committee, with the exception of those rendered through the web portal of "electronic government" and the NGO "GC Government for Citizens", GBD "E-licensing" provided only 5335834 public services, of which 5306910 (99.4%) in electronic form.
According to the results of the 3rd quarter of 2023, the most popular electronic service is the state service "Receiving tax reports" –3572438.
The number of refusals in the provision of public services is 31093. There are no facts of unjustified refusals.
In the reporting period, 45 employees of state revenue agencies took advanced training courses on the provision of public services.
The number of explanatory measures carried out to improve the quality of public services is 19467.
