State revenue agencies (OGD) provide 43 public services to individuals and legal entities, including 26 tax services and 17 customs services.
To date, out of 43 public services of the OGD, 39 services have been transferred to electronic format (or 91%), including 15 services are provided on an alternative basis through the "State Corporation "Government for Citizens", 15 services - on an alternative basis (in electronic form).
According to the results of the 4th quarter of 2022, OGD provided a total of 19928433 public services, including:
- in electronic form – 19 795 453 or 99.3%;
- in paper form – 132980 or 0.7%.
According to the results of the 4th quarter of 2022, the most popular electronic services of the OGD are such services as "Issuing statements from the personal account on the status of settlements with the budget, as well as on social payments" – 4873428 "Receiving tax reports" - 9155119.
In addition, in accordance with the assigned tasks, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Committee) provides public services.

The state revenue bodies (hereinafter referred to as the OGD) are constantly working to ensure the quality of public services, increasing the share of public services in electronic form.
In order to achieve a high level of this indicator, the OGD on an ongoing basis conducts mass explanatory work among taxpayers about the opportunities and benefits of obtaining public services in electronic form through the portal of "Electronic Government" and OGD information systems (seminars, round tables, publications and announcements in the media, on Internet resources, through a Contact Center).
Also, this issue is widely covered and brought to the attention of taxpayers during the weekly "Open Day" in the territorial OGD, on Internet resources and with their direct appeal.
