Today, on February 10, 2023, Chairman of the State Duma of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Daniyar Zhanalinov held a meeting with the population of the East Kazakhstan region.
The number of business entities registered in the East Kazakhstan region is 73,152, including legal entities -16024, individual entrepreneurs - 56,563.
Glubokovsky district is a large industrial area of the Republic, along with zinc, lead, copper and other elements, polymetallic ores are mined.
The economic stability of the region is determined by industry, the main export commodity of the region is industrial production.
The volume of industrial production in 2022 amounted to 2.2 trillion tenge.
The volume of the gross regional product amounted to 2.7 trillion tenge.
At the same time, tax receipts in 2022 significantly exceeded the indicators of 2021 and receipts to the State Budget amounted to 475bn tenge, compared to last year, the increase in receipts amounted to 103 billion tenge or 128%.
At the same time, the East Kazakhstan region is a border territory, in the east it borders with the Russian Federation (Altai Territory) and in the south with the People's Republic of China (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China), so in 2022 VAT receipts on imports from the EAEU countries in the amount of 89 billion tenge, which is 21 billion tenge more last year, the growth rate was 134%. The trade turnover of the region with third countries amounted to 3.2 billion rubles .USD with a growth rate of 28%.
At the same time, 1,100 thousand services were provided for the provision of public services during 2022, 99% of them were presented electronically (1,124,893 services), 1% were presented in paper form (9,439 services).
In addition, the issue of introducing the mechanism of bankruptcy of individuals, the acceptance of applications, which begins on March 3 of this year, was considered
During the meeting with residents of the East Kazakhstan region, the Chairman of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan answered all the questions of citizens. The participants were mainly interested in questions on the application of the CMC, the conditions for the application of special tax regimes, the ESP, the procedure for bankruptcy of individuals, universal declaration, ESF, digitalization, etc.
