On recognizing invalid the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 19, 2018 No. 239 and the Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2018 No. 47 "On approval of the list of tax applications submitted through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens"

According to subparagraph 30) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Legal Acts», the official publication of a regulatory legal act is the publication for general information of the full text of the regulatory legal act in Kazakh and Russian languages.
