This Law regulates public relations related to entering the civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, service, termination, determines the legal status, financial security and social protection of civil servants, as well as issues of the activities of other persons in state bodies.
Analytical information obtained following the analysis of corruption risks conducted by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering Corruption" and RK Anti-Corruption Agency's Methodological recommendations for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks.
The purpose and objectives of the analysis is to prevent and eliminate corruption risks in organizational and managerial activities, as well as in regulatory acts relating to the activities of tax and customs administration departments of the Committee.
