The deadline for submitting the declaration of income and property of an individual has come (form 270.00).
In 2021, the deadline for submitting the declaration of assets and liabilities (form 250.00) of the first stage of universal declaration has ended. As part of the first stage, the declaration was submitted by civil servants and persons equated to them, as well as their spouses.
Starting this year, these persons will annually submit a declaration of income and property (form 270.00).
The income received for the reporting calendar year, tax deductions, information on the acquisition and (or) alienation of property, money in bank accounts with foreign banks located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as property outside the Republic of Kazakhstan will be reflected.
The declaration of income and property can be submitted through the "Taxpayer's Office" (kgd.gov.kz ), the eSalyq Azamat mobile application, as well as on paper, in turnout to the state revenue authorities or to the PSC or send by mail.
The deadline for submitting a declaration of income and property for individuals of the first stage on paper is no later than July 15, 2022, in electronic form – no later than September 15, 2022.
