The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
August 15, 2014 No. 933 "On Departments of the Central Executive Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 14, 2016 No. 306, the Regulation on the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan was approved.
The staffing of the central office of the Committee was approved by the Order of the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1236 dated 30.11.2021 "On approval of the staffing of the Committees of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The structure of the central office of the Committee was approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1237 dated 30.11.2021 "On approval of the structure of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The staffing of the territorial bodies of the Committee was approved by the order of the Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1239 dated 30.11.2021 "On approval of the staffing of the territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The structure of the territorial bodies of the Committee was approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1238 dated 30.11.2021 "On approval of the structure of the territorial bodies of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Based on the approved organizational and staffing structure and staffing table, the Committee is headed by a chairman who has five deputies. By Order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2021 No. 395-Zh, one full-time unit of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee was introduced.
The Committee has 13 departments, 49 departments (of which 5 are independent), the territorial bodies of the Committee consist of 17 departments of state revenue for regions, cities of republican significance and the capital, 222 departments of state revenue, 65 customs posts, 2 specialized state institutions (UMTS, CTL).
As of 31.12.2021, the staff of the Committee is 10,545 units, including: the central office - 708, the Training and Methodological Center - 32, the Central Customs Laboratory - 59, territorial bodies - 9,746.
