On approval of the Rules for Customs Operations in Respect of Foreign Goods Imported from the Territory of a Neighboring foreign state related to the Formation of International Mail Shipments from these Goods, the execution of documents provided for by the acts of the Universal Postal Union, when exporting formed international mail from the territory of a free (special, special) economic zone, the limits of which are fully or partially coincide with the sections of the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, in accordance with paragraph 7-1 of Article 291 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2017 "On Customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
