According to the Register of Public Services, approved by Order No. 39/НҚ of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020, state revenue agencies provide 42 public services included in the Register of Public Services, including 25 tax and 17 customs public services (16 are automated).
Of these, 92% (39 services) have been converted to electronic format.
A significant achievement in automation was increasing the share of services rendered electronically to 99%.
In 2025, more than 17.3 million government services were rendered, of which 17.2 million (99.6%) were rendered electronically, and 0.1 million (0.1%) were rendered on paper.
Furthermore, 99.8% of tax reports are submitted electronically (11.5 million forms).
