The Department of State Revenue for the West Kazakhstan region informs In accordance with Article 109 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as on the basis of Order No. 640 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 2025 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 29, 2025 No. 37257) the State Revenue Department for the West Kazakhstan Region publishes a preliminary list of taxpayers subject to compulsory liquidation
We recommend that taxpayers familiarize themselves with the list and, if necessary, take measures to eliminate the grounds for applying the compulsory liquidation procedure
