In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", I ORDER:

1. Approve:
1) Rules for the provision of public services "Registration of a person engaged in private practice" in accordance with Annex 1 to this order;
2) Rules for the provision of the state service "Registration of taxpayers" in accordance with Annex 2 to this Order;
3) Rules for the provision of the state service "Registration of value added tax payers" according to Appendix 3 to this order;
4) Rules for the provision of public services "Issuance of a license for the production of tobacco products" in accordance with Annex 4 to this order;
5) Rules for the provision of public services "Issuance of a license for the production of ethyl alcohol" in accordance with Annex 5 to this order;
