1.Head of the department of tax control and collection (category "С-R-3", 1 unit, index number MKB-7-5 / 1, salary depending on the length of service for categories "С-R-3" from 106 358 (min) tenge up to 142 814 (max) tenge.
Functional responsibilities: General management of the department, interaction with government agencies and other organizations on issues within the competence of the department. Taking measures to ensure the fulfillment of the tax obligation and implementation work on the compulsory collection of tax arrears of taxpayers, control over the timely, full transfer, withholding of OPV and social contributions. Analysis of arrears and taking measures to reduce, taking measures to collect taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget, carrying out claims in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy" after taking all measures established by law, taking administrative measures for violating tax legislation, on pension provision and social insurance. Control over the filling of materials on administrative offenses, over the introduction of F1-AP cards into the EUSS program, preparation of a quarterly statistical report 2-H, conducting thematic and counter audits, timely response to complaints and appeals, delivery of notifications to taxpayers. Carrying out explanatory work on the application of regulatory legal acts, legislation on the calculation, collection of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget.
Requirements for participants in the education competition :
Postgraduate or higher education - social sciences and business: economics, finance, accounting and audit, management, state and local government or law: jurisprudence, customs, international law.
Competency requirements:
resistance to stress, initiative, responsibility, customer orientation and information, integrity, cooperation and interaction, activity management, decision making, leadership.
Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:
1) at least one length of service in government positions;
2) at least two years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in this category;
3) at least one and a half years of work experience in the status of a deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a deputy of a maslikhat of a region, a city of republican significance, a capital, a district (city of regional significance), working on a permanent basis, or in the status of an international employee;
4) at least two years of work experience in government positions, including at least one year in the positions of law enforcement or special government bodies or not lower than the tactical level of the military command body of the Armed Forces, local military command bodies or military educational institutions;
5) completion of training under postgraduate education programs in educational organizations under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in foreign higher educational institutions in priority specialties approved by the Republican Commission;
6) availability of an academic degree;
7) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the President's youth personnel reserve.

Deadline for accepting documents

Interviews with candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview, if necessary, can be conducted via remote video communication.
With the consent of the candidate, an online broadcast of the interview with him on Internet resources and social networks is allowed.
During the interview and other means of selection, the candidate can also use the technical means of recording, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the competition committee.
To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the work of the competition committee, observers are invited to its meeting .
Participants of the competition and candidates can appeal the decision of the competition commission to the authorized body or its territorial division, or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
