1. Head of the Office of Large Taxpayers and Non-Residents (category "C-O-3", 1 unit, index number MKD-19), salary for categories "C-O-3", depending on the length of service, from 141,576 (min) tenge to 191 481 (max) tenge.
Functional responsibilities: Implementation of general management, organization and coordination of the work of management. Monitoring work with non-residents for compliance with tax laws and provisions of international treaties in order to avoid double taxation. Control over the quality and timely provision of government services to confirm the residence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consideration of applications for a refund of income tax from the budget or a conditional bank deposit on the basis of an international agreement and in accordance with the Tax Code. Monitoring work with subsoil users who have entered into contracts for exploration (production) of hydrocarbons, for compliance with tax legislation. Elaboration of proposals for the suppression of possible schemes of tax evasion and other obligatory payments to the budget for large taxpayers subject to monitoring, subsoil users and large business entities. Requirements for participants in the education competition :
Postgraduate or higher education - social sciences and business: economics, accounting and audit, finance, management, state and local government.
Requirements for competencies: resistance to stress, initiative, responsibility, customer orientation and information, integrity, cooperation and interaction, management of activities, decision-making, leadership.
Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:

Functional responsibilities: Management, planning and organization of the department's work, control over ensuring the completeness of VAT receipts to the budget for import / export, sale of goods, performance of work, provision of services in the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EAEU) in accordance with the international contractual framework of the EAEU, implementation control over the completeness of VAT receipts on imports, control over the accounting and analysis of imported and exported goods, identification of revenue reserves and making proposals to increase VAT receipts on imports to the budget, control and analysis of imported and exported goods to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other states - members of the EAEU through the declarations submitted by taxpayers, interaction with other state and authorized bodies, on the administration of VAT on imports within the EAEU.

3. Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenue for the Baiterek District (category "С-R-2", 1 unit), salary for categories "С-R-2" depending on the length of service from 127 418 (min) tenge to 172 368 (max) tenge.
Functional responsibilities: Within the competence of the State Revenue Department, managing and coordinating the activities of supervised structural units, representing the interests of the Department in other state bodies and organizations, monitoring compliance with tax legislation and other regulatory legal acts regulating the receipt of non-tax revenues, organizing work to ensure tax receipts and other compulsory payments to the budget, as well as compulsory pension contributions, the implementation of tax control of taxpayers who are registered with the state revenue body in accordance with the established monitoring procedure.

4) at least three years of work experience in government positions, including at least two years in the positions of law enforcement or special government bodies, or not lower than the tactical level of the military command body of the Armed Forces, local military command bodies or military educational institutions;
5) at least four years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position in this category, if there is at least one year of work experience in managerial positions of organizations that are not state bodies;
6) completion of training under postgraduate education programs in educational organizations under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in foreign higher educational institutions in priority specialties approved by the Republican Commission;
7) availability of an academic degree;

Deadline for accepting documents
