Functional responsibilities: Implementation of general management and control over the work of the department. Control over the quality of the cameral customs and exit customs inspections. Organization of work on the control of conditionally released goods and goods VAT paid by the customs administration method. Implementation of customs control in the form of checking customs, other documents and (or) information, started after the release of goods, and in other cases, both in electronic form and on paper, and making decisions based on the results of control within the established time frame in accordance with customs legislation. Control of customs inspections for termination of activities and liquidation tax reporting, customs inspections and adjustments of declarations for goods as part of a pilot project for tax and customs administration of taxpayers importing goods into the customs territory of the EAEU, using a risk management system. Accounting and control of conditionally released goods, for which privileges in payment of import customs duties and taxes are provided, associated with restrictions on the use and (or) disposal of goods, customs operations related to the introduction of changes (additions) to the information declared in the DT in in accordance with the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 289 dated December 10, 2013. Deadline for accepting documents
Documents are provided from October 22, 2021 to October 26, 2021 within 3 working days, which is calculated from the next working day after the publication of the announcement of an internal tender on the Internet resource of the authorized body for civil service affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized body).
To participate in the selection, you need:
a) a statement in the form;
b) a track record certified by the relevant personnel management service no earlier than thirty calendar days before the date of submission of documents. Submission of an incomplete package of documents or inaccurate information is the basis for refusal to consider them by the tender committee.
Citizens can provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).
For consideration by the tender committee, documents are accepted by the state body that announced the tender in electronic form through the integrated information system "E-Kyzmet" or the electronic government portal "E-gov" or to the e-mail address specified in the announcement, within the deadline for accepting documents.

Interviews with candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview, if necessary, can be conducted via remote video communication. With the consent of the candidate, an online broadcast of the interview with him on Internet resources and social networks is allowed.
During the interview and other means of selection, the candidate can also use the technical means of recording, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the competition committee. To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the work of the tender committee, observers are invited to its meeting. Participants of the competition and candidates can appeal the decision of the competition commission to the authorized body or its territorial division, or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The decision of the competition committee and the lists of candidates who have received a positive conclusion of the competition committee are posted on the information stands of the state body in places accessible for public viewing, as well as on its Internet resource within one working day after the competition.
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for the competition for the occupation of an administrative civil position of corps "B", approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated February 21, 2017 No. 40.
