Functional Duties:
Oversee the work on the appointment and release (dismissal) of the administrator, over the work of the administrator in the rehabilitation procedure and bankruptcy procedure. Control over compliance with the procedure of electronic auction for the sale of property (assets) of the debtor, rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures. Consideration of complaints against the administrator, identification of signs of false and premeditated bankruptcy, control over the monitoring of insolvent debtors.
Education requirements for bidders:
Postgraduate or higher education - social sciences and business: economics, accounting and auditing, finance, management, state and local government or law: jurisprudence.
Competency requirements:
Stress tolerance, initiative, responsibility, customer orientation and information, integrity, self-development, responsiveness, cooperation and collaboration, management of activities.
No work experience required.
Date and location of interview:
Candidates who participate in the internal competition and admitted to the interview within three working days from the date of notification of candidates of their admission to the interview are interviewed in the category P-O-5 at the address: WKO, Uralsk, A. Karimullin Street, 2/2.
Term of reception of documents
Documents are provided from October 11, 2021 to October 13, 2021, within 3 working days, which is calculated from the next working day after the publication of an announcement of the internal competition on the Internet-resource of the authorized body on public service (hereinafter - the authorized body).
To participate in the selection process, the following are required:
a) an application form;
b) a service record certified by the relevant personnel management service not earlier than thirty calendar days prior to the date of submission of documents.
Submission of an incomplete set of documents or inaccurate information is grounds for refusal to consider them by the competition committee.
Citizens can provide additional information concerning their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on professional development, degrees and titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).
For consideration by the competition commission the documents are accepted by the state body, which has announced a competition, in electronic form through an integrated information system "E-kyzmet" or an electronic government portal "E-gov" or to the e-mail address specified in the announcement within the period of documents acceptance.
Additional information
Interview with candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview, if necessary, may be conducted through remote means of video communication.
With the candidate's consent, it is possible to broadcast the interview online on Internet resources and social networks.
During the interview and other means of selection, the candidate may also use technical means of recording, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the Competition Commission.
To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the Competition Commission's work, observers are invited to the meeting.
Participants of the competition and candidates may appeal the decision of the Competition Commission to the authorised body or its territorial subdivision or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Decision of the Competition Commission and lists of candidates, who have received a positive conclusion of the Competition Commission, are placed on information stands of the state body in places, available for public review, as well as on its Internet site within one working day after the competition.
