How to register an individual entrepreneur yourself?
You can register an individual entrepreneur yourself in 3 ways:
By contacting the state revenue authorities;
Through the portal elisence.kz ;
Via the mobile app Kaspi.kz .
To open an individual entrepreneur, you need an identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan or an EDS.
Let's consider the procedure in three variants:
Option No. 1 - Appeal to the state revenue authorities:
To register as an individual entrepreneur, you can contact the Center for the Provision of Public Services, the state revenue authorities, a form "Notification of the beginning of the activity of an individual entrepreneur" is issued at the service points. The IP registration service is provided free of charge, and you can also get a free consultation on the taxation regime of the future IP. After the notification of the start of the activity is submitted within 1 working day, the statement is made as an individual entrepreneur.
Option #2 - Registration of sole proprietors through the portal elisence.kz .
You can register an individual entrepreneur on the portal elisence.kz , for this:
- Register on the portal;
- On the Main page, go to the "Service" tab, "Notification procedure", after the transition, select "Notification of the beginning of the activity of an individual entrepreneur", then - order the service online;
- Specify the necessary data (location of the IP, OKED, contact phone number, email address), fill out the notification and sign its EDS;
Within 1 business day, the notification will be sent to the "My notifications" section.
Varinat No. 3 - Registration of sole proprietors through a mobile application Kaspi.kz .
To register a sole proprietor through the mobile app Kaspi.kz necessary:
- Enter the tab "Payments", "All";
- Select the sub-section "Public services, fines, taxes" then - "Register an individual entrepreneur";
- Data on the name of the individual entrepreneur and the address will be uploaded automatically, you will need to select the tax authority and click "Continue";
- Fill out the questionnaire (OKED, contact phone number, email address);
- Sign an application for the opening of an IP of your EDS Kaspi.kz (not to be confused with the EDS received on egov.kz ).
The application user will receive confirmation of the fact of registration of an individual entrepreneur (or refusal to register) within an hour. Notification of the beginning of the IP activity will come to the "Messages" section.
