Functional responsibilities:
Control over the movement of products subject to export control across the State border, registration of licenses / permits, provision of certificates to participants in foreign economic activity on the execution of licenses / permits, development of risk profiles on export control issues, control over goods from the list, monitoring and analysis of information about goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and placed under the customs procedure, monitoring and analyzing compliance with the foreign trade activities legislation on export control, international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, preparing information and analytical materials, organizing control over the prevention of the export of goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from third countries, to which reduced duty rates are applied, as well as the size of such rates, control and analysis of imported and exported goods to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other EAEU member states through the s declarations by taxpayers, preparation of survey letters on them.
Requirements for participants in the education competition :
Postgraduate or higher education - law: jurisprudence, customs, international law or social sciences and business: economics, accounting and auditing, finance, management, state and local government or technical sciences and technology: information systems or merchant merchant.
Competency requirements:
resistance to stress, initiative, responsibility, customer orientation and information, integrity, self-development, efficiency, cooperation and interaction, activity management.
No work experience required.
Time and place of the interview:
Candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview within three working days from the date of notification of the candidates about their admission to the interview are interviewed in the CO-5 category at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. A. Karimullina, 2/2.
Deadline for accepting documents
Documents are provided from July 9, 2021 to July 13, 2021 within 3 working days , which is calculated from the next working day after the publication of the announcement of an internal competition on the Internet resource of the authorized body for civil service affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized body).
To participate in the selection, you need:
a) a statement in the form;
b) a track record certified by the relevant personnel management service no earlier than thirty calendar days before the date of submission of documents .
The submission of an incomplete package of documents or inaccurate information is the basis for refusal to consider them by the tender committee.
Citizens can provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).
For consideration by the competition committee, documents are accepted by the state body that announced the competition in electronic form through the integrated information system "E-Kyzmet" or the electronic government portal "E-gov" or to the e-mail address specified in the announcement, within the deadline for accepting documents.
Additional Information
Interviews with candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview, if necessary, can be conducted via remote video communication.
With the consent of the candidate, an online broadcast of the interview with him on Internet resources and social networks is allowed.
During the interview and other means of selection, the candidate can also use the technical means of recording, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the competition committee.
To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the work of the tender committee, observers are invited to its meeting .
Participants of the competition and candidates can appeal the decision of the competition commission to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision, or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The decision of the competition committee and the lists of candidates who have received a positive conclusion of the competition committee are posted on the information stands of the state body in places accessible for public viewing, as well as on its Internet resource within one working day after the competition.
