Functional responsibilities:
Prepares and collects materials on taxpayers, for which all measures of compulsory collection have been taken, for sending to the judicial authorities for declaring bankrupt, represents the interests of the State Revenue Department as a creditor in the procedures provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy", makes claims within the prescribed time frame (claims), takes part in the meeting of creditors as part of the bankruptcy and rehabilitation procedure with the right to vote, while coordinating the decisions made with the management of the State Revenue Department, after declaring the debtor bankrupt, brings the taxpayer's personal accounts in accordance with the rules for maintaining personal accounts, prepares and collection of materials for filing a claim in court for recognizing the re-registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as invalid, after the completion of bankruptcy proceedings, on the basis of an order from the Department of Justice on exclusion from the state register tra legal entities or on the basis of the decision of the judicial authority on the completion of bankruptcy proceedings, draw up and submit to the relevant departments registers to reduce or accrue the amounts to be written off, within the framework of the tasks assigned to the department, send requests to other territorial tax departments, authorized state bodies, law enforcement agencies on the provision of assistance and on the provision of information necessary to fulfill the assigned tasks, to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities" authorized bodies.

Deadline for accepting documents
Documents are submitted from February 3, 2021 to February 5, 2021 within 3 working days , which is calculated from the next working day after the publication of the announcement of an internal competition on the Internet resource of the authorized body for civil service affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized body).
To participate in the selection, you need:
a) a statement in the form;
b) a track record certified by the relevant personnel management service no earlier than thirty calendar days before the date of submission of documents .
The submission of an incomplete package of documents or inaccurate information is the basis for refusal to consider them by the tender committee.

Interviews with candidates participating in the internal competition and admitted to the interview, if necessary, can be conducted via remote video communication.

During the interview and other means of selection, the candidate can also use the technical means of recording, if this does not interfere with the course of the meeting of the competition committee.
To ensure the transparency and objectivity of the work of the tender committee, observers are invited to its meeting .
Participants of the competition and candidates can appeal the decision of the competition commission to the authorized body or its territorial subdivision, or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
