On the entry into force of amendments to the decisions of the Customs Union Commission (Decision of the EEC Council No. 96)

The State Revenue Department informs participants in foreign economic activity about the changes introduced by Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of July 21, 2026 No. 378 to the Decision of the Customs Union Commission of September 20, 2010 No. 378.

The new regulations are being implemented in accordance with the established deadlines (August 2026). Participants in foreign economic activity and business entities need to take these changes into account when carrying out customs declarations and foreign economic transactions.
