The Zhetisu Regional Department of State Revenue, in accordance with Article 109 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, publishes the preliminary list of entities subject to compulsory liquidation.
It is further noted that the initial list of entities subject to compulsory liquidation is available on the website of the Department of State Revenue for the Zhetisu Region, “zhts.kgd.gov.kz,” in the section “List of Taxpayers Subject to Compulsory Liquidation.”
Claims from creditors or other parties, accompanied by documents confirming the validity of the claims, will be accepted by the tax authorities until June 1 of the calendar year at the following address: Zhetisu Region, Taldykorgan, 113 Zhansugurov Street, Office No. 324.
