As part of the continuation of work on the phased implementation of the customs information system “Keden” Committee of State Revenue of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is putting into operation the functionality for the provision of public services in the field of customs affairs, namely the inclusion of the customs register of intellectual property objects.
Since April 14, 2025 filing and processing of applications for the provision of this public service will be carried out in IS “Keden”.
We note that on April 11 this year at 18:30 in the information system “Single Window for Export-Import Operations” will stop accepting applications for inclusion of the customs register of intellectual property.
Instructions on how to fill in the application and how to register in the system are available on the main page of the portal https://keden.kgd.gov.kz, as well as in a separate telegram chat https:// t.me/kedenkgdgovkz/46130 - for intellectual property objects.
Please note that you must provide a valid cell phone number and e-mail address when registering to receive notifications on application statuses.
