The Department of State Revenue for Zhetisu region in accordance with Article 93 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan publishes the initial list of entities subject to forced liquidation.
In addition, it informs that the initial list of subjects subject to forced liquidation is posted on the website of the Department of State Revenue for Zhetisu region “zhts.kgd.gov.kz” in the section “List of taxpayers subject to forced liquidation”.
Applications (claims) of creditors or other persons are accepted by the tax authorities with the attachment of documents confirming the legitimacy of the claims, until June 1 of the calendar year, at the address: Zhetisu region, Taldykorgan, Zhansugurova street 113, office #324.
Responsible person for receiving applications (claims): Department for work with insolvent debtors.
