The amended Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 No. 159 approved the codes of the state revenue bodies of the new regions. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The amendments were made in order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On certain issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated 03.05.2022 No. 887.
Earlier, the SRC reported that legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals of new regions do not need to be re-registered with the tax authorities. Since taxpayers will be re-registered automatically in information systems. The addresses where the cash registers are registered will also be automatically updated.
New codes are required for the provision of tax reporting and payment of taxes.
