Based on the Order of the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2025 No. 447 "On the introduction of a ban on the import of chicken eggs into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a ban has been imposed for a period of one month on the import of fresh chicken eggs (commodity code of the foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all types of transport from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, with the exception of transit of eggs and day-old chicks through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one EAEU member state to the territory of another EAEU member state through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
