The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) informs that according to Order No. 330–NK dated 11/22/2025 "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Acting Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 27, 2024 No. 343-NK "On determining the list of goods subject to labeling" sets the following deadlines for the introduction of mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks: • from February 1, 2026, mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks produced in kegs; • from February 1, 2026 – mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks in bottles; • from January 1, 2027, mandatory labeling of beer and beer drinks in cans.
