On October 23, 2025, the Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 449 dated October 23, 2025, "On certain issues of regulating the export of scrap and waste of ferrous metals" (hereinafter – the Order) was adopted.
The Order enters into force on October 30, 2025.
