Based on the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2025 No. 101 "On the introduction of a ban on the import of fresh chicken eggs into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a six-month ban was imposed on the import of fresh chicken eggs (commodity nomenclature code for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all means of transport from from third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the transit of fresh chicken eggs through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one member State of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another member State of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
