The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) informs that by joint order of the Minister of Agriculture No. 100 and Acting Minister of Finance No. 155 dated April 8, 2024 "On certain issues of export of farm animals" (hereinafter referred to as the Order), from April 9, 2025, a ban on the export of breeding stock of large and medium-sized small cattle for a period of six months. At the same time, by order of the Minister of Agriculture No. 125 dated April 26, 2025, from April 29, 2024, quantitative restrictions (quotas) were introduced for the export of bulls older than 12 months in the amount of 85,000 heads and sheep older than 6 months in the amount of 120,000 heads, also for a period of six months.
