In order to ensure uniform classification of goods and to implement
the provisions of paragraph 6 of Article 21 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian
Economic Union, the Joint Board of Customs Services
of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union
I DECIDED:
1. To coordinate the adoption of the SRC of the Republic of Armenia, the SCC of the Republic of
Belarus, State Duma of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, GTS under the Ministry of Finance
The Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Customs Service of Russia of the following decision or clarification:
a vehicle designed primarily for transportation
people equipped with both an electric motor and an internal
combustion engine (internal combustion engine), in which the internal combustion engine is used exclusively for recharging
a rechargeable battery with the possibility of recharging the battery by connecting
to an external source of electricity (Plug-in hybrid), driven
only by an electric motor, in accordance with the Basic Rules
of Interpretation of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 1 and 6
is classified in subheadings 8703 80 000 of the unified Commodity Nomenclature
of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
