The State Revenue Department for the Zhambyl region informs about the adopted Decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission (hereinafter referred to as EEC), decisions regarding the application of non-tariff regulation measures:
The Republic of Armenia informed the Eurasian Economic Commission about the unilateral application of a temporary ban on the export of whitefish caviar from the territory of the Republic of Armenia from July 2, 2024 for a period of six months based on Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated May 30, 2024 No. 798-N.
On the introduction of temporary measures
The Republic of Armenia informed the Eurasian Economic Commission about the adoption of the following resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:
dated May 30, 2024 No. 801-N “On the application of a temporary ban on the export from the Republic of Armenia of ceramic waste of used catalysts of automobile mufflers classified by the EAEU HS code 7112 99 000 0” (comes into force on July 2, 2024 and is valid until January 2 2025 inclusive);
dated June 14, 2024 No. 901-N “On the application of a temporary ban on the export of a number of goods from the Republic of Armenia to countries that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union” (comes into force on July 3, 2024 and is valid until January 3, 2025 inclusive).
