By Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2023 No. 177 "On certain issues of regulating the import of passenger cars with right–hand steering" (hereinafter referred to as the Order), a ban was imposed on the import of passenger cars with right-hand steering in disassembled form into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months.
The order entered into force on January 16, 2024.
