From November 26, 2023, a ban on the export of coal from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months by road; briquettes, pellets and similar types of solid fuels obtained from coal: bituminous, pulverized or non-dusty coal, but not agglomerated (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU HS code 2701); lignite, or brown coal, agglomerated or non-agglomerated, except jet (EAEU HS code 2702).
