To date, 42 types of public services are provided by state revenue agencies.
In total, 166,076 public services were rendered in the 3rd quarter of 2023, including:
- in electronic form – 165,764 services (99.8%);
- in paper form - 312 services (0.2%).
The most popular services are:
- Receiving tax reports – a total of 144,113 (86.8% of the total number of public services), including:
- in electronic form – 143,847 (99.8%);
- on paper – 266 (0.2%).
To increase the awareness of service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services according to the approved schedule, 33 seminars were held in the territorial administrations of the region, 56 materials were posted on Internet resources, 30 articles in newspapers.
In the 3rd quarter of 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services.
During the reporting period, there were no advanced training in the provision of public services.
