To date, 42 types of public services are provided by state revenue agencies.
In total, 119,130 public services were rendered in the 2nd quarter of 2023, including:
- in electronic form – 118,849 services (99.8%);
- in paper form - 281 services (0.2%).
The most popular services are:
- Receiving tax reports – a total of 100,098 (84% of the total number of public services), including:
- in electronic form – 99,883 (99.8%);
- on paper – 215 (0.2%).
To increase the awareness of service recipients about the procedure for providing public services according to the approved schedule, 42 seminars were held in the territorial administrations of the region, 66 materials were posted on Internet resources, 32 articles in newspapers, 7 radio appearances, 1 "Round Table".
In the 2nd quarter of 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services.
During the reporting period, there were no advanced training in the provision of public services.
