To date, the state revenue authorities provide 42 types of public services.
In total, for the 1st quarter of 2023, 363,959 public services were provided, including:
- in electronic form - 362,904 services (99.7%);
- in paper form - 1055 services (0.3%).
The most requested services are:
- Acceptance of tax reporting - in total 241,458 (66.3% of the total number of public services), including:
- in electronic form - 240,494 (99.6%);
- on paper - 964 (0.4%).
To raise the awareness of service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services according to the approved schedule, the territorial departments of the region held: 71 seminars, 106 materials posted on Internet resources, 26 media appearances, 5 radio appearances.
In the 1st quarter of 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services.
During the reporting period, there were no advanced training courses on the provision of public services.
