In total, 657,222 services have been provided in Zhambyl region since the beginning of 2022, including 655,461 (99.7%) in electronic form, 1,166 (0.3%) in paper form, and 595 through the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
Compared to the same period in 2021, the number of public services rendered increased by 56,594 in the 12 months of 2022 (electronic – 59,798), and on paper - a decrease of 3,258).
The most popular electronic services are:
1) receiving tax reports – 353,563, which is 53.8% of the total number of services rendered;
2) issuance of statements from the personal account on the status of settlements with the budget – 165 872 is 25.2% of the total number of services rendered;
3) submission of information on the absence (presence) of debt -72,863 or 11%.
Technical training is conducted on an ongoing basis among employees providing public services to comply with the principles of equal access to service recipients, to prevent the facts of bureaucracy and red tape.
Since the beginning of the year, there have been no facts of unjustified refusals, manifestations of bureaucracy and red tape in the provision of public services.
On an ongoing basis, a systematic analysis of complaints, negative reviews published on Internet resources addressed to government agencies is carried out.
