By Order No. 514 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Order), a ban was imposed on the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by road for coal, briquettes, pellets and similar types of solid fuels obtained from coal: coal, pulverized or non–pulverized, but not agglomerated (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 2701).
