The Department of VAT Administration within the EAEU of the Department of State Revenue for Zhambyl region recalls the extension of the pilot project on the registration of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) until April 1, 2023.
Within the framework of the pilot project, it is planned to formalize the SNT when carrying out export and import operations in mutual trade with the EAEU countries. It is necessary to issue a SNT before crossing the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the EAEU countries. The pilot project is aimed at ensuring a "soft" transition to mandatory implementation of the SNT and is designed to ensure that taxpayers adapt to working with the SNT, set up their accounting systems and interaction with buyers and suppliers.
The norms for registration and compliance with the procedure for registration of the SNT are defined by Article 176 of the Tax Code.
Measures of administrative responsibility during the pilot are not applied.
We call on all taxpayers in mutual trade with the EAEU countries to carry out the registration of the SNT within the framework of the pilot project!
