Registration of non-resident legal entities
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented a functionality that allows submitting a tax application "Registration as a taxpayer", in particular by non–resident legal entities (hereinafter referred to as a tax application) via an official Internet resource www.kgd.gov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Internet resource).
To submit a tax application, a taxpayer needs to register on an Internet resource, following the link https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/nonresident/register and select the menu item "Log of applications for registration of a non-resident".
In the menu item there are links to the following reasons for submitting an application:
- Registration as a taxpayer;
- Modification and addition of registration data without issuing a certificate;
- Modification and addition of registration data with the issuance of a certificate.
