At the present time, information and communication technologies are increasingly being introduced into all spheres of our life. The processes of providing public services are no exception.
The realization of the possibility of obtaining public services in electronic form, using information technologies, is one of the most priority tasks of state bodies.
Electronic public services are understood as such an organization of interaction between state bodies and citizens, in the process of which the application and the necessary documents for receiving the service are submitted electronically via the Internet. As a result of the provision of the service, the applicant is provided with the result in the form of an electronic document.
The growth in the number of electronic consumers of services is associated with the existing significant advantages in obtaining them. So, electronic services in online mode can be obtained at any convenient time of the day, without leaving the office or apartment; the speed of their receipt, without standing in line; the exclusion of emotional and psychological factors; prompt and independent correction of inaccuracies when filling out an electronic application or tax reporting, and much more.
Undoubtedly, electronic services, becoming more in demand, significantly facilitate the life of taxpayers. In this regard, the state revenue authorities continue to work on improving the processes of providing public services, expanding the range of services that can be obtained through the E-Government web portal and information resources of state revenue bodies.
