The Department of State Revenue for the Zhambul region informs about the main changes in the optimization of public services.
In order to increase the level of satisfaction with the public services provided, the terms of providing the following services have been reduced since January 1, 2021:
revocation of tax reporting on a tax application-up to 1 business day from the date of filing a tax application;
suspension of the submission of tax reports-up to one working day;
information about the absence (presence) of debt at the request of the justice authorities-up to three working days;
- carrying out offsets/refunds of taxes, payments to the budget, penalties and fines has been reduced to 5 working days.
- Confirmation of residency of the Republic of Kazakhstan – up to 3 working days.
since January 1, 2021, the function of registration as a taxpayer by the state revenue authorities of non-resident individuals, foreigners and stateless persons, within the framework of Article 76 of the Tax Code, has been excluded.
These are foreigners and stateless persons:
- receiving income from sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan
(hereinafter referred to as the Republic of Kazakhstan),
- recognized as a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to Article 217 of the Tax Code,
- acquiring property in the Republic of Kazakhstan,
- being the first heads of non - resident legal entities operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan through a branch, representative office.
For non - resident individuals, foreigners or stateless persons, in order to assign an IIN, change registration data, exclude a TIN, it is necessary to apply to the registration authorities (migration police, NAO " state Corporation "Government for Citizens".
Registration of a non-resident as a taxpayer, within the framework of Article 76 of the Tax Code, will be carried out by the state revenue authorities only for non-resident legal entities.
