Import to the Republic of Kazakhstan
When importing goods from the territory of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the recipient must issue an accompanying consignment note for the goods before crossing the State border. In the presence of a completed accompanying invoice for goods, the need to scan the accompanying documents is eliminated.
Export from the Republic of Kazakhstan
When exporting goods from the territory of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the supplier must issue an accompanying invoice for the goods before crossing the State border.
Transit through the Republic of Kazakhstan
The pilot project does not apply to transit movements between the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union through the Republic of Kazakhstan. Attention!!! The accompanying consignment note for goods is issued by the recipient/supplier (during export/import) according to the established form in the Electronic Invoices Information System and is signed with an electronic digital signature.
