About the approval of the Rules for registration, accounting of appeals sent to state bodies, loсal self-government bodies, legal entities with one hundred percent participation of the state, as well as maintaining the information analytical systems «Electronic appeals».

Order the Prosecutor General of the Republik of Kazakhstan No. 70dates May 19, 2021. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republik of Kazakhstan on May 19, 2021 No. 22768.     

This order will enter force on July 1, 2021.

In accordance with part, three of Article 69 of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2020 guided by subparagraph

  1. b) Of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2017 “On the Prosecutor` Office”, I ORDER:
  2. To approve the Rules for registration, accounting of applications submitted to state bodies, local self-registration bodies with one hundred percent participation of the state and the requirements of the information analytical system “Electronic applications” in accordance with Annex 1 to this order.
  3. To recognize as invalid some orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 2 to this order.
  4. The Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records o the Prosecutor General is Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:

         1) State registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

         2) Placement of this order in the official Internet resource Prosecutor General is Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

         3) Submission of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special records, heads of structural divisions of the General Prosecutor is Office of the Republic for information Kazakhstan, prosecutor of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital and equivalent to them, as well as territorial bodies of the Committee.

  1. Control over the execution of the execution of this order is entrusted to the Chairman the Committee.
  2. This order is subject to official publication and will enter into force on July 1, 2021.
