The state revenue Department of Zhambyl region reported that on September 7, 2021 is a possibility updates information of bodies of state revenues on the web portal of public procurement presented by potential suppliers of additional tax reporting and payment of taxes, entailing the change of indicators of financial stability and (or) paid taxes (item 447-3 Rules of public procurement, approved by order of the Minister of Finance Of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2015 № 648).
This paragraph of the Rules was excluded by the Order of the Minister of Finance Of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, № 863, which entered into force on September 7, 2021.
Thus, to date, the information of the state revenue authorities on the financial stability of a potential supplier of the previous year, provided for in paragraph 447-2 of these Rules, is updated on the web portal once during the calendar year no later than October 1.
