With the aim of consulting and informing through line of communication, providing speedy service to citizens and receiving other information services the phone information service”Call-center 1414” and a helpline 451621 are available. During the 8 months in 2021 there were 3 messages from natural and legal people. All requests were looked into and the responses were provided in the established by the legislation of RK date.
