Anti-Corruption world is held in close cooperation of Anti-Corruption Agency and other judicial and state authorities. In 2021 during 8 months in the implementation of operational measures jointly. With the workers of NSC OF RK the fact of arresting for conspiring to bribe a public official was carried out the criminal proceeding was instituted.
There was 1 fact of Corruption offence on part of public official of Department for the 8 months in 2021. In order to avoid corruption among personnel the following measure have been taken: technical studies among the employees who provide public services with drawing up protocols on preventive measures for warning corruption risks and ethics of a public official have been held.
“Plan of measures on suppression and warning of corruption risks in 2021” was adopted by the Department with the aim to detect and warn corruption offences.
The meeting on ” the principles of trust and mutual respect” was held in the office of government revenue in which a writer and social activist, the Chief of Republican centre ”Parasat Zholy”, the Chief advisor of Anti-Corruption Agency, The Deputy Mayor of Zhambyl region, the deputy Chief of the office of government revenue in Zhambyl Region took part.
At the meeting, the participants got to know with the work on information receiving and processing from taxpayers in the “Center of information receiving and processing” of the office of government revenue in Taraz city, took interest about the quality of government services, gave recommendations on the improvement of the ways of communication with the personel and public.
A briefing session about the results on taken measures by the office of government revenue and corruption warning in 2020 is posted on Anti-Corrution Agency website “Antikor”. In social networld (Facebook, Tweeter, Contract, Telegram, Instagram) materials on anticorruption are posted.
Wuth the aim to avoid possible provocations from the taxpayers applying for service, public officials of the office of government revenues, all the personel of structural subdivisions of the Department and territorial offices of government revenue were introduced with instructions on anticorruption.
In cooperation with Anti-Corruption Agency of Zhambyl region the joint meetings on corruption facts that accured in the field the office of government revenues in Zhambyl region were organized, the videos on arresting public officials were shown.
Instructions on necessity of ethics and implementation of anticorruption legistation are held every week, and the employees doing the Shifts sign in log files worked out by the DepartmentCultivating legal and civic awareness, forming the skills of anticorruption behavior among the employees of the Department is the effective measures of Anti-Corruption in the offices of government revenues.
With the aim to avoid corruption in the offennces, Department in cooperation with the National Security Commitee (NSC) approved and signed “Algorithm of Actions “of Supervisory bodies on managing the flow through state boundary of RK of transport vehicles, loads and goods in motor vehicle crossing points.
