In the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the beginning of 2021, a pilot project was introduced for the registration of SIDs for the import of goods into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the EAEU countries and the export of goods from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the EAEU countries.
Imports to the Republic of Kazakhstan
When importing goods from the territory of the EAEU countries, the recipient must draw up an SID before crossing the state border. There is no need to scan the accompanying documents in the presence of a registered SID.
Export from the Republic of Kazakhstan
When exporting goods from the territory of the EAEU countries, the supplier must draw up a SID before crossing the state border. There is no need to scan the accompanying documents in the presence of a registered SID.
Transit through the Republic of Kazakhstan
The pilot project does not apply to transit between the EAEU countries through the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Pay attention!!! The SIS is executed by the recipient / supplier (at export / import) in accordance with the form established in the information system "electronic invoices" and signed by an electronic digital signature.
