On the obligation to maintain the «Virtual warehouse» and issue accompanying invoices for liquefied petroleum gas

Dear taxpayers!

The Committee of State Revenues reminds that, starting from December 1, 2024, the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 619, dated September 11, 2024, will come into force regarding the obligation to maintain the «Virtual warehouse» and issue accompanying invoices (LPG) for liquefied petroleum gas, the production and circulation of which are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan « On gas and gas supply».
