On November 7, 2024, during the “Zhana Kazakhstan” (New Kazakhstan) TV program broadcast by the "ALTAI" channel of the East Kazakhstan Branch of JSC RTRC "Kazakhstan," Sairan Ualibekova, Head of the Insolvent Debtors Division of the State Revenue Department for East Kazakhstan Region, spoke on the topic: "On the Activities of the State Revenue Department for EKR."

During the program, the speaker presented the results of the third phase of universal declaration and announced the launch of the fourth phase starting January 1, 2025. This phase will cover categories of the population not included in the previous three phases.

The head of the Insolvent Debtors Division also explained the procedures for restoring solvency and declaring bankruptcy for citizens. She outlined the three types of procedures available: extrajudicial bankruptcy, judicial bankruptcy, and solvency restoration, which include debt restructuring measures. Additionally, she addressed frequently asked questions from taxpayers on these topics.

Sairan Ualibekova highlighted the ongoing campaign "Demand a receipt – win a prize," organized by the Committee of State Revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Fiscal Data Operator. She detailed the campaign rules and provided information on the use of cash registers (CRs). She emphasized the mandatory inclusion of all receipt details, such as the names of goods, works, or services, and outlined the required receipt contents.

«All CR models included in the state register meet technical requirements and support the function of translation into the state language. Therefore, to prevent and avoid violations, we urge entrepreneurs to provide receipts in the state language upon citizens’ requests» noted Sairan Keneskhankyzy in her concluding remarks.
