The Department of State Revenue for East Kazakhstan Region continues to conduct training courses on tax and customs legislation for fourth-year students majoring in «Customs affairs» at the Kazakh American Free University. This initiative is part of a strategic partnership Memorandum with leading universities in the region.
The objective of these activities is to foster students' legal awareness and enhance the quality of training for future specialists in the tax and customs sectors.
During lectures, students are introduced to tax and customs legislation standards and receive information on the digital services offered by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan: «e-Salyq Azamat», «e-Salyq Business», the «SalyqBot» chatbot on Telegram, the «Universal Declaration» program, as well as on the use of cash registers (CR). This includes mandatory requirements for receipts from CRs, such as itemizing the names of goods, services, and works, as well as the necessary details a CR receipt must contain. Additionally, students learn about the «Demand a receipt – win a prize!» campaign.
All activities will continue until the end of the academic term.
